General conditions

The provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations, Incoterms 2010 and the Conventions of the „Schweizerische Getreide- und Produktebörse" (1995) apply for all business. Other terms and conditions issued by buyers or sellers shall only be accepted by SUGRO on the condition that these do not contradict the optional provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations. The place of jurisdiction is Basel.
