General Terms & Conditions

The articles of the Swiss Code of Obligations, the 2010 Incoterms and, if relevant, the Conventions of the Swiss Grain Exchange (1995) apply. Should the buyer’s or seller’s General Terms and Conditions differ, SUGRO will only agree to them provided that they do not contradict the articles of the Swiss Code of Obligations. The place of jurisdiction is Basel.
